IT Help Desk and Support Services Establishment
MEPS has established an IT Help Desk department to support its clients by providing first-line support services for its technology, business problems and inquiries related to offered services. The IT help desk and support service is a single point of contact and telephone support service, available 365 days a year. All issues and inquiries will be logged, tracked, reported and then sent to each bank in order to be reviewed by the bank’s management.
