MEPS Celebrates Receiving PCI Data Security Standard Compliance Certification and Attestation of Compliance with Employees

Amman, July 2014 - In commemoration of being granted the PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) Compliance Certification and Attestation of Compliance (AoC) for the third consecutive year, Middle East Payment Services (MEPS) - a leading, innovative payment services provider in the Levant - has invited its employees to a celebratory event at Tal Al-Rumman.    The day event, which was attended by MEPS Chairman Dr. Abdel Malek Jaber, featured a luncheon and several fun activities aimed at strengthening relations and enhancing team spirit among the employees amidst a relaxed atmosphere, away from the pressures of work.   Over the course of the event, prizes were handed out to the top performers and Dr. Jaber commended the team’s collective efforts which resulted in MEPS being awarded the Compliance Certification and Attestation of Compliance for the third year in a row. Dr. Jaber also reaffirmed MEPS’ commitment to helping banks across the Arab World develop their operations and human resources in accordance with PCI DSS requirements. “We are immensely proud of each and every one of our employees as they truly are the cornerstone of MEPS’ remarkable successes.
